Artie Bernaducci is the founder of Retirement Income Advisors, LLC, and has been working in his favorite profession since 1991. Throughout his career, his priority has been to help clients understand financial gobbledygook and make it simple for them to plan their retirement. He quickly found effective ways to communicate so people could respond to advice and help improve their situation versus them doing nothing at all about their future. He often stated, “It was no fun to try and help someone while I used language that caused their eyes to glaze over!”
After graduating from Ball State University in Indiana with a B.S. degree in soil science, he was unable to find work in his major area of study, so he went into the masonry business with his family and ran his own successful company for more than a decade. The masonry business also has its own gobbledygook, and even through a learning curve then, Artie worked hard to simplify the language in day-to-day business. With his transition to the financial world, it was a given that he apply this same approach and ensure clients could understand the industry “mumbo jumbo” in order to move forward with planning their retirement.
Artie is passionate about helping people and enjoys connecting with his clients. His focus includes retirement and financial income planning, and especially assisting baby boomers who are approaching or are already in retirement. His aim is to educate clients and support them with the retirement knowledge they need to help them through their life stages.
He has co-authored with his colleague, Denny Frasiolas, the book Strategies to Create Lifetime Income for Baby Boomers and is also writing a second book, Baby Boomer Retirement Roadmap, that will soon be published. He also speaks at seminars on retirement and financial income planning.
Artie has a grown daughter, Rosaleen and a son, Louis Kolydas. Artie’s main interests are his family, bodybuilding, yoga and meditation, marketing, veganism, Oriental Medicine and “paying it forward.”
